Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B acquisition marketing strategy aligned with the agency's business goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Present regular reports and insights to the executive board on marketing performance and strategy.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the agency as a member of the executive board.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of three experienced marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their respective areas of expertise.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Lead Generation & Acquisition:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate SQLs, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Optimize lead generation processes and ensure a smooth handoff of SQLs to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to define target audience profiles and lead qualification criteria.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance, making adjustments to campaigns as needed.
- Oversee the agencies website and ensure it is optimized for lead generation.
Brand Management & Communication:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Oversee the agency's social media presence and engage with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Represent the agency at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Alignment:
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification efforts.
- Collaborate with the Delivery and Customer Success teams to develop customer-centric marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the Finance, Project Management, Human Capital teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution.
- Maintain open communication and foster strong relationships with all internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising or digital marketing industry, agency side.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Programmatic direct and/or Affiliate marketing.
- Experience working in a fast paced agency environment.
- Fluent in English.
